Some websites are violating media ethics

Lakshman Yapa Cabinet Spokesperson Minister Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena alleged that certain websites are violating media ethics. He said that recently he came across many such articles in several websites that have launched direct and personal attacks on the President and his family. In certain websites some new updates are posted without any source or responsibility. These kinds of actions violate media ethics” he said. Abeywardena also urge websites to register with the Ministry of Media and Information.
